3Racing king pin mod
Right just done my first meeting with the F1 . . . .
Boy what a disaster the Kingpin with the circlip looks good but after going through 4 E clips I decided it was time to up grade the idea . . .
But to what
Well my first thought was a small bolt with a brass tube to slide up and down on
well I had all of Sunday to think / Plan out what to do and then came my Idea
a bolt with a shank and this was oh so easy well could I find any the size I wanted . . could I hell as like
So into the workshop with a few bolts and my trusty tap and die set and my lathe off I went
To make this

So with the blank bolt in the lathe ready to turn down
from this ..............................................to this

then with the Die set to put a thread on it

So I decided to make a few Just in case

Below is the original king pin and the MOD king pin

Right up date I now have a company banging theses out and are well good so if you want a pair there £2
